TRICARE is the health care program for active and retired service members and their families. It provides medical, dental, and vision coverage for its members and can also cover the cost of a mental health and substance abuse treatment program. Tricare Military Insurance is managed and run by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), a component of the Department of Defense.

When prior authorization is required, our team manages all documentation, clinical justification, and coordination with TRICARE. You don’t navigate approvals or paperwork on your own. We handle coordination between clinical recommendations and insurance requirements to prevent delays or denials.
Once we receive coverage and authorization confirmation, we coordinate admission. When medically appropriate, we are able to arrange same-day or next-day admission so treatment begins as quickly and safely as possible.
